Tent (check), sleeping bag (check), cooler (check)………..Do you have your camping gear out yet? If not, get it ready because you won’t want to miss the chance to bond with other parishioners under the redwoods, floating in the Big Sur river, or singing by the campfire! Yes, please bring your instrument if you play one. Invite your friends too.
The sign up sheet is on the table behind the pews in the sanctuary. We’ll need a headcount for Friday and/or Saturday evening camping and for Sunday’s lunch, to know how much meat and how many drinks to purchase. The rest of the meal is pot luck, so bring your favorite dish to share. Campers may coordinate their meals for Friday and Saturday nights.
Camp Friday, August 2, and/or Saturday, August 3. The cost for camping is $10/person/night or $25/family/night.
Sunday chapel begins at 11:00 am; lunch will follow.
