Bishop Lucinda Ashby and members from across the 40-plus parishes of the Diocese of El Camino Real will lead a Virtual Easter Sunday Service to unite us anew in the hope of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. All parishes of our diocese are encouraged to participate as Bishop Lucinda will preside over Holy Communion for the first time in a virtual environment.
Last Sunday, Rev. Amber, along with Rev. Holly Hudson-Louis, consecrated individual servings of bread and wine, which were distributed today to our parishioners (following strict COVID-19 protocol for social distancing and health and safety precautions by sanitizing all surfaces and having everyone come by spaced apart and wearing gloves and masks). Those who took home their communion elements, will be able to receive the Eucharist during the Sunday Service with Bishop Lucinda.
May the Hope of Easter shine!
