All Saints' Episcopal Church

Carmel, California

“Glorifying Christ—Living for Others”

“Let us go in peace to love and serve the Lord!”

-Book of Common Prayer, Dismissal at the close of the liturgy.

Ministry is the expression of faith of all baptized persons, and is not reserved for specially ordained clergy. At All Saints the vitality of our communion and life together is based in our mutual appreciation and acceptance of the love and grace of God and we aim to share it. This love extends to those who are our members and friends, to guests and visitors who join us for worship and to people in need in our community and around the world. The many ministries of the parish are led by our members whose faith has inspired them to share their spiritual gifts, testimony and talents with others.

We strengthen our Christian community through shared bible study, spiritual formation , prayer and worship. We extend pastoral care to those in our midst who are grieving, sick, troubled or lonely. We work together to create lively worship and care for the inheritance of our beautiful facilities in Carmel, Camp Santa Lucia and our missions. We extend the hospitality of Christ with our Welcoming and New Member ministries and by our long-term relationships with the many community organizations that gather here throughout the week. We reach out in compassion and prophetic witness through our food pantry, sheltering the homeless, over fifteen 12-step groups that meet in our facilities and other ministries led by our active Outreach Commission.

Our missions of All Saints Day School, Epiphany Lutheran and Episcopal Church, and Santa Lucia Campground and Chapel multiply the abundance of opportunities that exist here to grow in love and servant leadership.
